Wiki Workers United fights for the rights of Wikimedia Foundation workers and to establish a fair relationship between management and staff. We do not advocate directly for or speak on behalf of our communities. Community power belongs in community hands.

That said, we believe that a staff union will lead to an ecosystem of greater transparency and accountability for everyone involved in the Wikimedia Movement.
