We are the global staff of the Wikimedia Foundation (WMF). We are the people who do the work to provide a platform, services, and funds to enable communities of Wikimedia movement volunteers to create Wikipedia and other Wikimedia projects to share free knowledge with the world.

We are gathering to form a union, because we want to collaborate with management to make the Wikimedia Foundation better, both for the staff and the Wikimedia movement community we serve.
